Bruce L. Hudson

Bruce L. Hudson was born, raised, and educated in Delaware. He has spent his entire 40-year law career representing victims of accidents and medical malpractice in his home state.Named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and a Super Lawyer by Superlawyer Magazine, Hudson’s decision to become a lawyer came a little later than most. After receiving his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Delaware, he found that work as an economist in the Delaware State Planning Office was not for him. He subsequently earned his law degree from Delaware Law School, and immediately opened his own law practice. Rather than joining a large firm, he relished the challenge of making it on his own.


Joshua J. Inkell

Joshua J. Inkell was born in New Hampshire and relocated to the eastern shore of Maryland when his father was transferred to Ft. Meade, Maryland with the United States Army. He grew up on the Chesapeake Bay where he grew to love all things outdoors. A large part of his early years were spent working in the service business as a deck hand on a local ferry boat; and waiting tables and bartending. These customer service skills shine through to this day as he treats each client with the dedication and respect they deserve.


Daniel P. Hagelberg

Daniel P. Hagelberg grew up in Western New York before coming to Delaware for college. After completing his degree at the University of Delaware, he pursued a JD at Widener University’s Delaware Law School. His father was a well-respected matrimonial attorney, practicing both litigation and collaborative law, in Rochester, New York, where Daniel likely gained his sense of service to others.

Known for being a little unconventional, Daniel chose not to pursue a career in the law after graduation. Instead, he became a college and club rowing coach for several years. Coaching for University of Delaware, Washington College, Penn AC Rowing Association, West Side Rowing Club and St. Mary’s College of Maryland.


Ben T. Castle (1938-2019)

Ben T. Castle practiced law for more than 50 years, 25 of those exclusively in personal injury law, and all of them in Delaware.

Originally from New Mexico, Ben received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and was admitted to the Delaware bar in 1965. He began a career in law understanding it was going to be challenging, but with the satisfaction of knowing his commitment would always be genuine. With specialties in medical negligence, surgeon liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and obstetrical malpractice, Castle’s years of experience enable him to quickly make informed and honest judgments about the merits of any personal injury claim, and give him the skills and tenacity to do what needs to be done to obtain what is rightfully due his clients.
